Explanation of Report Fields
Advertiser List
sale = salesperson ID
ident = advertiser ID
contact name
company name
address lines
mail return = marked M if mail has been returned for this advertiser address
f = format. Blank is normal, L means pressure sensitive labels, D means diskette, E means email, T means magnetic tape
co, de, ss = custom codes which can be assigned by advertiser (possible uses include industry, region, etc.)
it# = number of items currently active for this advertiser (default is that an item remains active for three months).
issue = newest issue ID (three digits; first digit is last digit of year [e.g., 4 refers to 2004] and other two digits are issue number) in which there's an active item
Advertiser Summary
advr# = advertiser ID
sale = salesperson ID
individual/company/address/csz = name, company and address with city, state and zip of advertiser
jou = journal ID
issue = printed issue date (e.g., mo/yr)
type = A(dvertisement), B(uyers guide), E(ditorial), T(ravel guide) etc. Customizable.
page = page number in journal
description = description of ad
co, de, ss = customizable item codes (could have categories of items)
current = number of requests for particular ad for the period of this report
total = number of requests for particular ad
Advertiser Summary 2
(two reports included: One sorted by advertiser and one sorted by popularity [number of requests])
advertiser = advertiser name
total to date = total number of requests for this advertiser since issue release (See date on top)
Issue Summary
issue = issue ID (see above for description)
printed = the printed version of the issue (e.g., mo/yr)
issue--- = an internal coding for the date of an issue
starting = beginning of range for acceptance of inquiry requests associated with that issue
terminat = end of range for acceptance of requests associated with that issue
last_active = last run date on which a request for that issue was made
current # of inquiries = # of requests made since the last month end report
total # of inquiries = # of requests made since issue appeared
dates are given in two formats (/ refers to a date with no month end report, and v means a date with a month end report) So 5/25 means that there was a report on May 25 without month end tallies while 5v25 means that the May 25 report included month end tallies.
inqu = how many inquiry requests were made for that period
resp = how many respondents made requests in that period
acpc = average number of circles (requests) made per card (or web submission)
Note that there may be no data for older dates since data is only for the time when inquiry requests are accepted for a given ad.

% of respondents = % of respondents having selected that code since the last month end report
total = number of respondents having selected that code since the starting date
% of respondents = % of respondents having selected that code since the starting date
